Scott Lowell nació el 22 de Febrero de 1965 en Denver y se graduó en teatro en la Universidad de Conneticut, para proseguir posteriormente sus estudios en el Nacional Theatre Institute.Tras concluir estos, se mudó a Chicago dónde a los largo de casi una década actuó en obras de teatro y debutó en televisión en “Early Edition” para proseguir con una serie de apariciones en “Frasier” y un importante número de campañas publicitarias como Nike o Lexus.
